I'm currently based in London, in the United Kingdom!
It's coming close to the six-month mark of me working at the Center on Long-Term Risk. This has been a great experience - collaborating with Niels and Maxime has been excellent, and I appreciate the dynamism we have as a small, focused team. As part of this we put out our paper on inoculation prompting, which demonstrates how we can steer language model generalization by adding one line to training data.
This season has been one of growth. I've done a lot of introspection, and (perhaps for the first time in my life) become more in tune with my preferences, values, and goals. I've become a lot happier and agentic as a result! For example: I'm now actively dating again, and seeking a long-term partner to build a vibrant, meaningful life with.
